Terms - M.A.L.T. Geckos

All animals are guaranteed healthy for five days after arrival. After those five days, we are no longer responsible for the animal’s condition. If anything goes wrong with the animal in the given five days, M.A.L.T. Geckos must be contacted immediately by phone. We will work something out for a refund or trade. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

Animals will be held with a 20% deposit. They will be held for up to two weeks. We will hold animals as long as necessary if the full price of the animal is paid. Deposits are non-refundable.

We currently ship within the United States only. We use UPS overnight shipping to ship all of our animals. Shipping charges will be calculated for each order, please contact us for a shipping quote. If you are not happy with the animal, contact us within 24 hour after shipping to get a full refund or exchange. Dead on arrival animals must be reported immediately by phone or email. The email must be accompanied by a picture of the animal. The animal will be exchanged or the money refunded.

*When geckos are shipped during winter months, they may go into a cold coma. The gecko may seem dead, but it may not be. Do NOT put the gecko on heat because this will cause neurological damage. Let it sit at room temperature for up to two hours. It should come out of the cold coma within this time. If it doesn’t come out of the coma within a few hours, shine a small pen light through the gecko’s back. If you see a heart beat, even if it’s slow, keep the gecko where it is, and wait for the gecko to come out of the coma. If you think your gecko has gone into a coma, please contact us right away and we will be happy to assist you.
